  • Payment information (such as card details) processed for booking deposits or session fees. Payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Given the nature of energy healing, spiritual coaching, and grief-recovery services, you may share sensitive personal information with Kristen during intake or sessions. Fidelis Healing is not a medical provider and this Site is not intended to store or transmit protected health information as defined under HIPAA. Any health-related information you share is held in confidence consistent with the professional and ethical standards Kristen follows, including the IARP Code of Ethics, and is used solely to provide and improve your coaching or healing sessions.
